About Us

With no one coming forward to take over running of the market, Carolyne Kemp, Chairperson of Southampton Branch of Cats Protection volunteered to take over running of this long established charity market in 2008. Along with other members of Cats Protection she ran a very successful event, despite the heavy downpour of rain.

In 2009 Totton & Eling Lions came on board and between them they were able to run an even better event.

2010 looks like being even bigger and better and with support from both Totton & Eling Town Council and New Forest District Council the market is moving from its usual site across the road to the War Memorial and Civic Centre Car Parks in Salisbury Road, Totton.

The event will be an exciting opportunity for all stall holders and will attract lots of visitors as for the first time local producers will also be promoting and selling their goods. The event has been widely advertised through local media, with plenty of shops kindly displaying posters.

To date more than 70 stalls have booked, these include a number supporting different charities and a wide variety of local producers.

There are a few spaces left so if you are interested in reserving your space, please contact us on 02380872679.
